Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@maryk-x.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will email you detailed instructions including the correct return shipping address.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. All returns must be authorized so we can make sure your package reaches the correct location and stays tracked throughout the process. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, lost, or ineligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send a photo along with your order number to support@maryk-x.com and we will make it right as quickly as we can.

Sizing

Every product page includes its own size chart with exact measurements for that specific piece. Fit varies between garments, so please review the chart before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, contact us at support@maryk-x.com before sending it back.

Exchanges

Because each piece is printed specifically for you after you order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, email us at support@maryk-x.com and we will help. In most cases you will place a new order once your eligible return has been approved.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the condition you received it, along with your order number or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
